Preheat oven to 350

Cream Cheese Bottom Layer:
Combine:
1 8oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Pour into two 9" pastry shells

Pumpkin Top Layer:
Blend:
2 cups pumpkin
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs (lightly beaten)

Pour over cream cheese mixture and bake 1 hour
